FAQ

Q1: What should I do if the import process fails or shows errors?

Check that your CSV file is formatted correctly with the required headers and that there are no missing or incorrect data entries. Make sure that the file size does not exceed the platform’s limits and try re-importing after corrections.

Q2: Can I add affiliates manually if I don’t have a CSV file?

Yes, you can add affiliates manually by navigating to Affiliate Manager > Affiliates and clicking the “+Add” button. From there, you can enter affiliate details individually.

Q3: How do I handle duplicates when importing affiliates?

The Affiliate Manager may have built-in duplicate detection. However, it’s recommended to review your CSV for duplicates before importing. If duplicates are detected during import, you may need to manually resolve them or follow platform-specific prompts for handling duplicates.

Q4: What happens if some fields are missing during the import process?

If mandatory fields are missing, the import process may fail or those specific affiliates may not be added. Ensure that all required fields like “First Name”, “Last Name”, and “Email-id” are present in your CSV and correctly mapped during the import process.
