Month-to-Month Plans
Cancel anytime with 30-day written notice.
If canceled with less than 30 days’ notice, your final month will be charged.
12-Month Agreements
Cancel early? You'll need to:
Submit a 30-day notice.
Complete an Early Termination Request Form.
Pay an early termination fee equal to 2 months of service.
Data Deletion & Retention
After cancellation, you have 3 days to reactivate before data is deleted.
It's your responsibility to back up all data before cancellation.
Or, choose our $40/month account parking option to retain data for up to 6 months.

After You Cancel
We’ll confirm your cancellation within 1–2 business days.
If eligible, refunds are processed in 7–14 business days.
You'll get a confirmation email with your official cancellation date.
Account Parking Option
$40/month to pause service and retain data (max 6 months).
No platform access during this time.
After 6 months, your original plan and billing resume automatically unless reactivated sooner.
Important Note
SMS, email credits, telephony usage, and unused features are non-refundable.
