I'm Not Getting My Progreda Verification Code

Updated over 2 months ago

Issue

You’re trying to log in to your Progreda account and everything’s going fine… until you hit the verification code step. You request the code, but nothing shows up in your inbox, phone, or soul.

Don’t worry—we’ve got you.

Basic Troubleshooting: Let's Fix It

Here are the most common fixes to get that code delivered and get you logged in.

1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Yeah, sometimes even important emails get ghosted by your inbox filters. Look for a message from Progreda or GoHighLevel (our backend platform).

  • 🔍 Tip: Search for keywords like Verification Code, Login, or even noreply.

2. Double-Check Your Email Address

If there’s even one typo in the login email field (like gmial.com or an extra space), the code won’t find you.

  • ✅ Re-enter your email carefully and try sending the code again.

3. Wait a Minute (Literally)

There can sometimes be a short delay. Give it 60–90 seconds and check again before retrying.

  • ⚠️ Don’t click “resend” repeatedly too fast—it might throttle the code delivery.

4. Whitelist Our Email Domain

If you have custom email security filters (especially for business email domains), add these to your safe list:

  • @progreda.com

5. Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode

Sometimes, browser extensions or cached data can interfere with the login process.

  • Try logging in using Incognito/Private Mode

  • Or switch to another browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)

Once you regain access, consider setting up a backup login method or using an authenticator app if available—just in case email delivery ever acts up again.
