Affiliate Payouts: How & When You Get Paid

When affiliate commissions are paid, the $50 minimum payout requirement, PayPal payout setup, payment schedule delays, and how to fix failed or missing affiliate payments.

When Do I Get Paid?

Affiliate payouts are processed once per month.

You are paid for your earnings 30 days after the month they were generated.

Example:

  • Earnings from January → Paid at the end of February

  • Earnings from February → Paid at the end of March

  • Earnings from March → Paid at the end of April

This means there is always a one-month delay between earning commissions and receiving payment.

Minimum Payout Requirement

To receive a payout, your account must have at least:

$50 in approved commissions

If your balance is below $50:

  • It will roll over to the next month

  • You’ll be paid once you reach the minimum

How You Get Paid

All affiliate payouts are sent via:

PayPal

Make sure your PayPal email is correctly set up in your affiliate account to avoid delays.

Important: PayPal Email Must Be Correct

  • Your PayPal email may be different from your login email — this is okay

  • However, the PayPal email in your account must be valid and able to receive payments

If your PayPal email is:

  • Incorrect

  • Misspelled

  • Not linked to an active PayPal account

👉 Your payment may fail and be delayed until the issue is fixed.

What Happens If There’s a Payment Issue?

If we’re unable to send your payment:

  • You will be notified via email

  • You’ll need to update your PayPal details

Once fixed:

  • Your payment will be included in the next payout cycle
