If you've launched a campaign in Ads Launcher and received a failed error message with the text "An unexpected error has occurred. Please retry your request later," don't panic! This error is typically caused by a communication issue between the Facebook API and Ads Launcher services.
Before proceeding, we recommend trying to relaunch the campaign once more. If the error persists, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Find the client that is giving you the error message.
On the far right-hand side, click the minus sign to reset the Facebook connection.
Have the client (or, if you have access to their Facebook account), log in to their account on GHL.
Open the Ads Launcher plugin tab and click the blue 'Connect' button.
Once the connection is complete, relaunch the campaign.
