How to Submit Your Custom Buildout Request

  1. Log in to Your Membership Portal
    First, visit the GHLEngine Membership Portal and log in using your credentials.

  2. Access the Course: "Snapshot Buildout Request"
    Once logged in, navigate to the "Snapshot Buildout Request" course within the portal.

  3. Watch the Loom Video Instructions
    Inside the course, you’ll find a Loom video created by our tech team. This video will guide you step-by-step through the Custom Buildout Request process. Be sure to watch it for detailed instructions.

  4. Fill Out the Custom Buildout Request Form
    After watching the video, go to the Custom Buildout Request Form section. You’ll need to provide the following information:

    • Your registered email address

    • The title of your project

    • Links to any assets (branding, media files, etc.)

    • Your whitelabel domain (if applicable)

    • The email you use to log in

    • A document or Loom video with full details of your request

    • Additional information or special instructions

  5. Submit Your Request
    Once you’ve completed the form, click "Submit". Our team will review your request and get back to you shortly.
