Step 1: Check Your Email for the Welcome Message

Once you’ve signed up for a subscription, you will receive a welcome email from us. This email contains all the important details about your membership and next steps. Please take a moment to thoroughly review the email as it will guide you on what to do next.


Step 2: Complete the Activation Form

In the welcome email, you will find a link to the Activation Form. This form is crucial for the following reasons:

  • Activate your membership account in our portal.

  • Prompt you to schedule your onboarding call with us, which is a perfect opportunity to familiarize yourself with the program and ask any questions you may have.

The activation form is where all the magic begins, so make sure you complete it carefully.


Step 3: Book Your Onboarding Call

As you complete the Activation Form, you will be prompted to select a time for your onboarding call. This call is a vital part of the process and ensures that you’re fully set up to take advantage of everything our program has to offer. Please choose a time that works best for your schedule.


Important Reminder: Use the SAME Email

This is a very important step to ensure that your account is properly activated and linked. Please make sure to use the same email address that you used when purchasing your subscription when filling out the Activation Form.

Why this is crucial:

  • If you use a different email address than the one you used for the purchase, your account will not be linked properly, and you may experience access issues. This could result in delays or complications in accessing your membership portal.

  • Using a different email means that your account will be created under a separate email, and the system will not recognize the subscription you purchased, leading to potential access issues and requiring additional support.

    By using the same email address, you ensure that your membership account is properly linked to your subscription and that you will have seamless access to all program features.


Confirmation

Once you’ve completed the Activation Form and successfully booked your onboarding call, your account will be created in our membership portal. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to access your portal and any additional resources you may need.

  • Different Email Used During Sign-Up?: If you mistakenly used a different email during sign-up or while filling out the Activation Form, please contact us immediately so we can assist in correcting the issue. We can help ensure your account is properly linked and accessible.
