Welcome to our Support Portal! We understand that booking an onboarding call for your clients is an important step in ensuring they get the most out of our services. Here's a simple guide to help you schedule the onboarding call:

Step-by-Step Guide to Schedule Onboarding

  1. Access the Support Portal:

    • Log in to your GHL account.

    • On the left-hand menu, click on the 'Support Portal' option.

  1. Locate the Onboarding Section:

    • Once you’re in the Support Portal, you’ll see a section labeled "Schedule Onboarding".

    • The button will appear with an icon representing our Onboarding Specialist, as shown below:

  2. Click the Button to Book a Call:

    • Click on Schedule Onboarding.

    • This will take you directly to the onboarding calendar where you can choose a time slot that fits.

  3. Confirm the Schedule:

    • Select your preferred date and time for the onboarding call and confirm the booking.

    • You’ll receive an email confirmation with the details of the call.
