What is the Done With You Sales Calls program?
The Done With You Sales Calls program is an offer where you or your sales team builds the relationship and our team joins your live sales calls to help answer technical questions, demonstrate the software, and help close the deal. You only pay us if we help you close — if the deal does not close, you pay nothing.
Who is this program for?
This program is currently available for members on the Accelerator Plan and Intensive Plan. It is designed for agency owners, SaaS resellers, consultants, and GoHighLevel users who want help closing more deals without needing to become technical experts themselves.
How does the process work?
You build the relationship with the prospect, book the sales call, and identify the client's goals. Then our team joins the live Zoom call, answers technical questions, demonstrates solutions, and helps position the software to close the deal. You collect payment directly from the client.
What kind of help does your team provide on calls?
Our Solutions Engineer team can help explain CRM solutions, funnel strategies, AI workflows, appointment booking systems, automation workflows, text and email marketing, integrations, and technical setups. The goal is to help your prospect clearly understand how the software solves their specific business problems.
What if my client asks technical questions I cannot answer?
That is exactly why this program exists. Our Solutions Engineer team joins the call with you to answer technical and implementation questions, so you do not need to become a technical expert yourself. You focus on the relationship and the close — we handle the technical side.
Do I need to know all the snapshots and workflows before selling?
No. You can focus on relationship building and sales while our team provides the technical direction and strategy during the sales process. You do not need to be a HighLevel expert to sell it confidently — that is what our team is there for.
How do I request support for a sales call?
Inside your private Slack channel, you send a message requesting a Solutions Engineer. Briefly describe your prospect and what they need. Our team coordinates the call, sends you a booking link, and joins your meeting with the client after you complete the short intake form.
Will I have access to a private Slack channel?
Yes. Accelerator and Intensive members receive a private Slack support channel where they can communicate directly with the team — for booking DWY calls, asking quick technical questions, reporting dispositions, and getting general support.
What additional support is included after the sale?
Once you close a client, your client gets access to our support team for technical questions.
What additional benefits come with the Accelerator Plan?
Accelerator members receive private Slack support, quarterly growth planning sessions, tech support, access to weekly group coaching calls.
Is this a beta program?
Yes. The DWY Sales Calls program is currently in beta, and the team is actively refining the process, systems, and support structure alongside early users. Does the 40% commission apply to setup fees as well?
Yes. The 40% success fee applies to the entire first payment your client makes to you — including any setup fees, onboarding fees, or one-time charges collected on day one. Whatever your client pays you when they first sign up is what the 40% is calculated on.
For example: if your client pays a $500 setup fee plus $297 per month and you collect both upfront, the 40% applies to the full $797. From month 2 onwards, every recurring payment is 100% yours — we take nothing after the first payment.
The rule is simple: whatever your client pays on day one, that is what the commission applies to.
Is this a cold calling service?
No. We do not cold call on your behalf, and we do not reach out to strangers for you. We join calls where the prospect already knows your offer, understands the pricing, and has expressed genuine interest. We step in at the solution and implementation discussion phase — not at the beginning of the relationship.

Do I need to know all the technical details before selling?
No. That is exactly why this program exists. You focus on the relationship, the offer, and the close. Our Solutions Engineers handle the technical questions and the software demo. You do not need to become a tech expert to sell confidently.
Will your team know my client before the call?
Yes. When you submit the intake form, our team reviews your prospect's details — their industry, their main technical concern, and any past call recordings you share. Our Solutions Engineer joins your call 15 minutes early to strategize with you before the prospect joins.
What if the deal does not close on the call?
You pay nothing. Our commission is 100% performance-based — no close, no charge. If your prospect needs more time, you can request another DWY call when they are ready to move forward. We pick up where we left off.
What if the deal takes more than one call to close?
That is completely normal. Use the Extend option when you report your disposition — this gives you a 7-day extension to continue the conversation. If the deal is still going after day 14, book a new DWY call for that prospect. A new call starts a fresh 7-day window.
Will my prospect know your team is from GHL Engine?
No. Our Solutions Engineer joins the call as a member of your agency's team — white-labeled, with no GHL Engine or Progreda branding visible. You introduce them however you like — as your technical team, your implementation specialist, or simply a member of your team.
What if there are technical questions our team cannot answer on the call?
Our Solutions Engineers are trained across the full HighLevel platform. If an unexpected question comes up that needs more research, they will say: 'Great question — let me confirm the exact answer, and we will follow up right after the call.' We never guess. We always follow up.
Can your team help with webinars, too?
Yes. The beta program includes support during live webinars where our Solutions Engineer can answer technical questions during the Q&A portion — white-labeled as part of your team.
What happens after I close a client?
Your new client gets access to our support team for technical questions and ongoing assistance. This means less post-sale work for you and better support for your client.
What happens to the Dollar Leads credits after my free months?
The credits included with your upgrade are a one-time welcome offer. For Accelerator members, that is 200 credits per month for your first 3 months. For Intensive, that is 200 credits per month for your first 5 months. Once those are used up or the period ends, you purchase additional credits directly at $1 per credit. You are never locked in — buy what you need when you need it.
I am already on Accelerator or Intensive — do I get the Dollar Leads credits?
The Dollar Leads credits are for new upgrades only — members who upgrade specifically to gain access to the DWY Sales Calls program. If you were already on these plans before the program launched, you do not qualify for the welcome credits. Reach out to Dana directly if you have questions about your situation.
What if I need more than 3 calls in a month as an Accelerator member?
You can add extra calls at $200 per call — payment is collected before the booking is confirmed. Or you can upgrade to the Intensive plan for unlimited calls per month.
When does my Accelerator call count reset?
Your 3 calls per month reset on your own signup date — not the 1st of every month. If you signed up on the 15th, your calls reset on the 15th of each month. You always get a full month of calls every period.
How do I pay the 40% success fee?
If the deal closed on the call, our tech team submits the disposition, and we send you an invoice within 24 hours. If the deal closed after a follow-up and you self-reported it in Slack, we will also send the invoice within 24 hours of your report. Payment is due within 48 hours. You are never automatically charged for commission — only the $200 no-response fee applies automatically if you miss the self-report deadline.
Is this a long-term commitment?
No long-term commitment required for the beta. You use the service when you need it, and you only pay when a deal closes. If you are on Accelerator or Intensive and want to use DWY Sales Calls, it is already included in your plan — just message us on Slack when you have a warm prospect ready.
