The $200 Extra Call Fee — Why It Exists

The Accelerator plan includes 3 Done With You Sales Calls per month. When you reach your limit and still have a warm prospect ready, you have two choices — pay $200 for one additional call, or upgrade to the Intensive plan for unlimited calls.

The $200 fee is not arbitrary. It covers the cost of our tech team's time on that additional call. If you pay $200 for extra calls two months in a row, Intensive will save you money.

Key Rules for the $200 Extra Call Fee

Payment is collected before the booking link unlocks — not after the call.

It does not affect your monthly call count reset. After your reset date, your 3 included calls are back.

It is not refundable once paid — the booking link activates immediately on payment.

If you regularly need more than 3 calls per month, upgrading to Intensive is more cost-effective.


Here is exactly what happens step by step when you hit your 3-call limit and choose to pay $200 for an additional call.

You hit your 3-call limit. Your Accelerator booking link detects the tag and blocks the booking.

You will receive an email with a link to an options page showing two choices — Pay $200 for one extra call or Upgrade to Intensive.

You click Pay $200. You are taken to a secure checkout page and complete payment.

Payment is confirmed. Your account is tagged as DWY-Additional-Paid.

A confirmation email is sent to you immediately containing a calendar booking link.

You click the link in the email, complete the intake form, pick a 45-minute slot, and your extra call is confirmed.

Note: The confirmation email arrives within a few minutes of payment. If you do not see it, check your spam folder and then message the team in Slack.
