These are the key rules of the DWY Sales Calls program written in plain language. Please read this section before booking your first call. By booking a call, you agree to these terms.
The 40% Success Fee
The 40% success fee applies to the first payment your client makes to you — one time only.
The first payment includes everything the client pays upfront — the monthly subscription fee AND any setup fee, onboarding fee, or one-time charge you collect at the same time. If your client pays $500 setup plus $297/month and you collect both on day one, our 40% applies to the full $797 first payment.
If you collect the setup fee and the monthly fee as separate transactions on the same day, our 40% applies to the total of both combined.
The fee is non-negotiable. It applies to every Closed Won deal regardless of deal size or how the first payment is structured.
The fee is not charged automatically — we send you an invoice within 24 hours of a Closed Won report, and payment is due within 48 hours.
You are never charged the success fee on a deal that does not close. If the call results in no sale, you owe nothing.
Examples of How the First Payment Commission Works Example 1: Your client pays $297/month — no setup fee. Our commission: 40% of $297 = $118.80. You keep $178.20 in month 1. You keep 100% every month after.
Example 2: Your client pays a $500 setup fee + $297/month — both collected on day one. Our commission: 40% of $797 = $318.80. You keep $478.20 in month 1. You keep 100% every month after.
Example 3: Your client pays a $1,000 setup fee + $497/month — both collected on day one. Our commission: 40% of $1,497 = $598.80. You keep $898.20 in month 1. You keep 100% every month after.
The rule is simple: whatever your client pays you on day one — that is what the 40% applies to. |
The $200 No-Response Fee
If the deal did not close on the call, you must self-report within 7 days. If you do not, a $200 fee is automatically charged to your card on file.
If you used the Extend option and still have not reported by day 14, the same $200 fee applies.
This fee is pre-authorized when you join the program. By booking your first DWY call, you authorize this charge.
The $200 fee is a compliance fee — it is not commission and it does not count toward your monthly call limit.
This fee exists to protect our team's time and ensure every call outcome is reported accurately.
The $200 Extra Call Fee
Accelerator members receive 3 DWY calls per month, included in their plan. Additional calls are available at $200 per call.
Payment for extra calls is collected before the booking is confirmed — not after. The booking link unlocks only when payment is received.
Extra call fees go to the company and are separate from the commission pool. They do not count as commission.
If you regularly need more than 3 calls per month, upgrading to Intensive is the more cost-effective option.
No Refunds on Commission
Once we collect the 40% success fee, we do not refund it — even if your client later requests a refund, cancels, or charges back their payment to you.
The 40% rate is set intentionally to absorb this risk. We take on the liability of chargebacks on our end, so you do not have to.
If your client cancels or charges back after we have collected commission, we do not pursue you for an additional payment — but we also do not return the commission already paid.
The One-Extension Rule
If the deal closes on the call, our tech team submits the disposition within 1 hour. You do not need to report anything.
If the deal did not close on the call, you have 7 days from the call date to self-report the outcome: Closed Won (prospect paid after follow-up), Closed Lost, or Extend.
The Extend option grants you one additional 7-day window — up to day 14 from the call date. This can only be used once per call.
After day 14, only Closed Won or Closed Lost are accepted. No second extensions.
If a deal is genuinely still in progress after day 14, book a new DWY call for that prospect. A new call starts a fresh 7-day window.
Card Authorization
By joining the DWY Sales Calls program and booking your first call, you authorize us to charge your card on file for the $200 no-response fee if applicable.
Commission invoices are sent manually — your card is never automatically charged for commission.
For extra calls, you enter payment at checkout before the booking is confirmed. This is a separate charge from your subscription.
Eligibility
DWY Sales Calls are available to Accelerator and Intensive plan members only. Syndicate members must upgrade to access the service.
Sprint to 100 clients will also be given access to this program.
This Is a Beta Program
The DWY Sales Calls program is currently in beta. Terms, pricing, and processes may be refined based on feedback from early members.
Any changes that affect existing members will be communicated with reasonable notice before they take effect.
Your participation in the beta helps shape how the program grows. We value your feedback and take it seriously.
