The Key Points

The 40% success fee applies to the entire first payment — including any setup fees or onboarding fees collected on day one.

If your client pays a $500 setup fee plus $297/month on day one, our 40% applies to the full $797.

From month 2 onwards, every recurring payment from that client is 100% yours — forever.

If the deal does not close, you pay nothing.

Think of it as hiring a technical co-founder for one call. You only pay when they deliver a result.
