What the Commission Is Based On
The 40% commission applies to the total first payment your client makes to you on day one. This includes everything collected at the point of close — the monthly subscription fee AND any setup fee, onboarding fee, or one-time charge.

What Happens If You Do Not Pay the Invoice
The invoice is due within 48 hours of being sent. If payment is not received:
• Our team will follow up via Slack to confirm receipt and arrange payment.
• Repeated non-payment will result in your DWY call access being paused until the outstanding invoice is settled .
Important Things to Know About Commission
• The 40% applies once, on the first payment only. Every payment after that is 100% yours, forever.
• We do not take a cut of your monthly recurring revenue after the first payment. Not now. Not ever.
• If your client cancels or charges back after we have collected commission, the commission is not refunded. The 40% rate absorbs this risk on our side.
• You are never automatically charged for commission. Every invoice is sent manually after you self-report a Closed Won.
• The only automatic charge in this program is the $200 no-response fee if you miss your reporting deadline.
