Before every DWY call, we ask you to complete a short intake form. This is not red tape — it is how we make the call work for your specific prospect. The more information you give us, the better we can prepare and the better the call will go.
# | What We Ask | Why We Ask It |
1 | Your full name and email address | So we can confirm your booking and follow up after the call. |
2 | Your agency name and current plan | Confirms your eligibility and which call limit applies to your account. |
3 | Your prospect's full name | So our Solutions Engineer knows who they are meeting. |
4 | Estimated deal value (e.g. $297/month) | Helps us assign the right Solutions Engineer for the size of the deal. |
5 | Your prospect's niche or industry | So we can tailor the demo and language to their specific industry. A restaurant owner needs a different conversation than a real estate agent. |
6 | Is your prospect ready to make a buying decision today? | If they are not ready yet, a DWY call is too early and could hurt the deal. We want every call to count. |
7 | Does your prospect know the price? | If they do not know the cost, the call will not convert. This must be confirmed before we join. |
8 | The main tech question or objection your prospect has | The most important field. This tells us exactly what to prepare so we can address it directly and confidently on the call. |
9 | A link to a previous call recording (optional) | If you have a recording of a past conversation with this prospect, we can review it beforehand to understand them even better. |
Two Gate Questions — Please Read This Question 6 (readiness) and Question 7 (price) are gate questions. If your prospect is not yet ready to make a decision, or does not know the price yet — the calendar will not load after the form. This is not a system error. It is a quality check. A DWY call on a cold or uninformed prospect almost never closes — and it wastes your call from your monthly allowance. Complete these steps first, then come back and book. Your prospect will be much easier to close. |
